Description
Our liquid culture is sterile, nutrient-rich liquid solution used to grow and expand live mycelium. Consisting of water mixed with sugars, aminos, & extracts; allowing fungi to multiply rapidly in a boundless environment to be injected into grain spawn.
Characteristics:
- Mycelium: Contains living fungal threads instead of dormant spores, giving it a massive head start.
- Solution: Typically made with a 1% to 2% sugar-to-water ratio that acts as food for the expanding cells.
- Colonization: Bypasses the slow spore-germination phase, leading to much quicker growth inside grain bags or jars.
